National Service At RGT.
RGT is committed to creating training programs and opportunities to enhance the professional skills of the workforce and meet market demands, which is why we accept recent graduates to undertake national service with us. We partner with human resources firms to design training modules and develop talent to meet the market's demands. After successfully completing the screening and onboarding phase, your national service experience with RGT begins. The RGT national service is a 9-month commitment from October to July each year.
How We Do It
The NSPs are assigned mentors who guide and direct them in executing what we require of them. The mentors will use a pre-approved syllabus only as a guideline on what topics to cover.
Mentees
Will gain skills in programming like JavaScript, TypeScript, and CSS for frontend development while covering NodeJS for backend development.
We train the NSS personnel with skills in programming, starting from the basics, covering critical thinking and problem analysis, and then into advanced programming concepts.
