We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who sees infrastructure as a product and automation as
a mindset. Someone who can architect environments from scratch, build reliable delivery pipelines,
establish operational excellence, and create platforms that allow engineering teams to move fast
without sacrificing stability.
This role requires strong hands-on technical depth, ownership, and the ability to design repeatable
infrastructure and deployment processes across different environments.
You will play a key role in shaping our internal DevOps standards while supporting multiple concurrent
client environments.
▪ 5+ years of hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineering experience
▪ Strong production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
▪ Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools
▪ Strong knowledge of Terraform (preferred) or Pulumi and automation tools such as Ansible
▪ Solid experience with AWS and familiarity with Azure and/or GCP
▪ Strong Linux administration and scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Go)
▪ Good understanding of networking, DNS, security, TLS, and cloud architecture principles
▪ Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, or similar
▪ Ability to work across multiple projects and communicate technical trade-offs clearly
▪ Previous agency, multi-client, or consulting experience is an advantage
▪ Experience as a software engineer
▪ Experience in software agencies or multi-client delivery environments
▪ Platform Engineering experience
▪ FinOps / infrastructure cost optimization
▪ Experience leading initiatives or mentoring teams
▪ Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple projects and environments
▪ Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
▪ Provision and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
▪ Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized workloads in Kubernetes environments
▪ Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability practices
▪ Improve deployment reliability through release strategies, rollback mechanisms, and secrets
management
▪ Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience and delivery efficiency
▪ Mentor team members and drive DevOps best practices
